I know you vets have answered thousands of newb questions, but I can't find the answer to a few questions
I have done my research, lots of reading. My diet is good and has been for years. I'm 45 200lbs, about 20 if that is excess fat. Been training for about 3 years seriously and am ready for my 1st cycle. Here is my plan, and then the question.
Weeks 1-4 20 or 30 mg dbol
Weeks 1-12 400mg test E
Nolva on hand for sides and standard 21 day clomid cycle for PCT
Here is the question I can't find an answer to. I have read conflicting views on a first cycle. Some say go light so you don't screw up your receptors for later cycles, some say go heavy because your first is always the best make the most of it. so 20mg of dbol or 30? Also splitting the dose makes sense 10 x3 for 30, but for 20, 5-10 (before workout)- 5? Is 5 too small to get through the liver? Also planning on splitting the test. Is this needed for a 400mg dose?
