Search isn't working on my phone on my app at the moment so I threw these together tonight.
2 cups rolled oats ( ran through a coffee grinder to make a flour)
1 cup liquid egg substitute.
3 scoops protein powder
5 packs splenda
And enough water to get a nice batter
Macros are 120 cal, 11.5 pro, 15.4 carb, 1.6 fat. Per muffin
Baked at 350 till toothpick came out clean
Any feedback or better ideas would be much appreciated.
