best oct pct?

No OTC product is adequate to call a pct .....
serms like nolva and clomid or toremifene are IMO proper pct substances...

this is surely a troll attempt, right? OTC stuff is useless, trib and ZMA especially.

You have no excuse not to get a "Real" PCT with the AR-R banner staring you in the face on the top right hand corner of this page.

cool thanks. I'm new to this and I've done a couple cycles relying on my buddy but after reading up I realized there was no pct. I read somewhere on a UK site about trib and zma so I've been taking that. I would def get one from the ar-r if someone could suggest one.
also don't know what a troll attempt is bro, just trying to get as much info so I can make my own decisions on what cycles are best for me
