last year i weighed in at 190 pounds around 15% bf
i am now weighing in at 203 around 10% bf
i am almost 22 years old
height:6'1
my goals are to get up to around 205 pounds and under 10%bf...i know that will take time. but here are some pics of where i am at now.
just was curious to if you guys still think i am small for my age and height. thanks for opinions!
