    Back from the Dead

    Hello All,

    Glad to be a new member. Been out of the game for 4 years. In bad shape. Had a child and got sorrier than hell with diet and exercise. 5'10, 210, 31yrs old, prob 20%+ bf. Was a vet on A.com for a while as "Knowledge3" and "DiscoXL", before it was shut down. Doesn't appear subscription AAS forum sites are the norm anymore. Again, just glad to be here. Fair knowledge and cycle experience. Posted some pics of how out of shape I am. I can tell you for 100% sure that's about to change. Keep an eye out for me!

    ]Thanks to all, making me feel welcome. What won't make me feel welcome back? All this soreness. I am an all or nothing kind of lifter. I superset to failure on every body part, even now in my obvious bad shape. I'm sorry, I just don't know any other gear. I couldn't even sit on the toilet this morn. I know that's probably TMI but, it's true! hahaha
