Stop the cycle, seriously bro you seriously dont know how nasty things could get for you if you continue
You need to get some clomid and nolvadex, asap
take clomid 100mg for per day for 2 weeks then 50mg per day for next 2 weeks
take nolvadex 40mg per day for 2 weeks then 20mg per day for next 2 weeks

PCT stands for Post Cycle Therapy, so it is for after a cycle.
Are you taking it by itself? That isn't good. Listen to DanB.
