Got some testabol propionate for my first cycle starting next month, it says its manufactured in 2001 and use by date is 2016, i know its legit gear but does test really last that long? 15 years!? will it lose any strength down the years at all ?

The Test itself will last a long time it's the oil that will get rancid. If the gear looks nice and golden the chances are good that the Test is good.

...........and is it ok to store at room temperature? i dont need to stick it in the fridge do i?

room temp's fine for storing AAS.
