Stared my first corse on tri-test 400 never took steroids befor so i downloaded this app for my iphone and its a lil strange it said accses denied when i tryed goin on my profile and it wont let me reply 2 some treads so any info on the app and what the best way to get results from tri-test 400 would be muchas grasias lol

Age 24 6ft 2'' and 10 stone what that is in lb's im not shore iv been workin out at home with free weights and bench took my first ever dose of steroids 2day (tri-test 400) at a 1ml dose in each sholder and wana learn so blank canvas i am lol

dude stop. so you just injected 800mg's of test at once.
you are really going to hurt yourself if you dont know what you are doing
do you have any ai or pct?

Erm not shore what ai or pct is???? Im just goin of what a fue mates are doin there on 2ml pf tri-test and deca twice a week i thought i would just start of slow but by the sounds of things i trust 2much "(

when you go on cycle your body stops producing its natural hormones. So you take pct after your cycle to get your body going again.
You take an ai on cycle to keep your estrogen levels in check so you dont get gyno or other health issues like ed.
Yes you are to trusting or what ever you want to call it.
i would stop injecting anything and start reading the educational threads up top in here and the pct section

I agree with gixxerboy,your doing 800mgs is that every three and half days? sh1t thats a load of steriods for your first cycle, plus Tri-400 has three compounds in it I would say its not for a first cycle ,your 6"2 and ten stone mate you have to sort out your diet as G said stop taking steriods and step up your food intake

Iv just been on the pct threads and nothing actualy said what it is or a name of a product i can buy?? Im un shore what the ai's n pct's are as products help? I learnt that pct is post cycle therapy tho and am gona have a nuther look n learn as we talk.

im not running deca not till i become more advanced atleast. I need 2 no what i need 2 complete a 5 wk corse at 2ml a wk of tri-test 400 what do i need dureing and afta? So i can have 5 wk off then reapeat the corse in confidence? Basicly some 1 just help me set up a corse with t-400 with out hurting my self.

Please do some further research before you continue your journey with steroids. Although this site has a name that would imply only steroid info is available, that's not the case. There is a vast amount of great info on dieting and proper training. Training and eating are going to bring you more than anything else at this point.

And tell your buddy that suggested you take that kind of dose (or any AAS for that matter) to smarten up.

5 week cycle waste off time,5 weeks off then start again STOP what your doing mate your going to hurt yourself

doooh bro stop man and read about beginer aas cycle cus your idea of this 5 week on 5 week of then repeat is compleat nonsence...who ever told you to do it this way has no ide what they are doing and neather do you....try reasurching bro ther is a bounty of information here but no one is going to spoon feed you as green as you are...

Hay guy's been doin ma reserch it turns out iv had a double dose 2 day "/ but i think im gettin close 2 sorting ma own cycle im thinking 1ml (400mg) of t-400 pw with a 300mg dose of (ai) pw If thats not to much im goin of my weight for this? For a 10wk corse and a 4 wk pct tamoxifen/clomid 2 finnish what ever sounds best at the time due to reserch. Just 2 things im atuck on i think- can i take pct and hcg at the same time at the end of my corse? And anuther- if i do a 10wk corse how long should i leave it untill i start my next cycle and up the dose? Thanks for all the input and the diet/nutrition guide ")

No no no no no... there is so much wrong with what you have just posted

Listen. You need to just stop this cycle right now. There is no way for you to run a safe and effective cycle with the level of knowledge that you currently have. Honestly, you will probably need more than a year of research and hard work on your DIET and training routine before you are ready for aas.

If you are really here for advice, then stop injecting yourself now.

You are 6'2" and only 10stone (140lb), there is something seriously wrong with your diet and traning schedule that you need to fix before you consider steroids!

Be smart...stop your cycle.

Ok well yesterday i had my first injections should i do anything 2 reverse the dose iv had or will it be ok 2 just let it be and dont inject agen to be honist iv always had a weight problem i mean i work with food everyday so there's nothing standing in the way of my intake and i eat like a horse just can seem 2 put anymore on ??? Part of my choice for steroids was 2 gain weight and eg and work it of in to muscle"/ not shore what 2 do naw i feel option'less im gona stop my cycle tho.

yeah man... you can stop and it will probably be okay.... if you can get your hands on some clomid you can do a light pct
week1 50mg/day
week2 50mg/day
week3 25mg.day
week 4 25mg/day (less maybe, someone else chime in)

for the diet, see my post above.... try eating the 3000kcal diet i listed... i guarantee you that you will grow.

You can't reverse it. You did the right thing by stopping and if you only did one shot i wouldn't worry too much about it.

Get over to the Nutrition Section and start learning how to eat. Diet and proper training take precedence anyway.
