I recommend some commas and/or periods.

But seriously, if your diet was that good, you wouldn't be having that excess fat you want to lose. I suggest you post your regular diet with the time you eat, portions and the macros in here and we could help you "trim the fat."

If your diet was good you would not have this issue, you may think it's good but I guarantee it's not, what are your calories, macros, how much of your carbs are sugar based, what fats are you eating, sodium? Are you still eating/ drinking fruit, eating bread? Simple carbs?

either eat less fats and carbo, or do more cardio, or both. weight training remains the same, so you wont lose LBM while cutting.

At age 20, please stay away from any type of steroids, unless you are willing to take the chance of causing permanent damage to your endocrine system and hpta. They are not magic pills of any sort.

Just by a quick glance at that diet, its no where close to being good.

How the fvck can you even maintain 210lbs eating that little? If you're being truthful on your stats, if you fix your diet, you're going to get HYOOOGE without steroids.

It's definitely a major diet problem. Why would you wake up, drink whey protein, then go to work? Whey protein is in your bloodstream very quickly and unless utilized immediately will turn to fat. Bread is a BIG mistake when cutting, I don't even eat it while bulking, except maybe for a cheat meal once a week. Cheese does nothing but make you soft, there's no room for it if your trying to cut. Hamburger is too fat for cutting. Actually, not one thing you mentioned is appropriate for cutting and y6our not getting even close to the amount of protein you need. In short it's a mess.

Now for the good news. This is all easily fixable, from right here on this site and using the google search engine and an online calorie and macro counter at www.fitday.com. As far as eating well, this is probably the one phrase that keeps people from having the cut, muscular body they're envisioning. You not only need to eat the right foods, but you need to eat the right amounts, the right combinations and at the right time. Google Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). After that Google TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Open an account at www.fitday.com then go to the diet section of this forum and figure out how much of each macro nutrient you need, how to pair them and when (partitioning) and when to eat them to do what it is your wanting to do. As I've heard Slimmer Me say (I love the quote but don't want to take credit for it), "The one secret thing that every guy and girl with what you think is the perfect physique is taking isn't a drug or a supplement, it's an absolutely accurate account of every single fvcking thing that goes into their mouth." BTW, she doesn't say fvcking, that's me....

Also, check out these videos at this link. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...t#.T2auRXmNncs

That ought to keep you busy. Get into that nutrition section too, it will really help you out. Also, check out Ronnie Rowland STS and his method on carb cycling. It's the thread in the stickies at the top of this page. He's the man!! When I tried it I got down to about 6% BF in about 3 months...

Yea, good man. You know Jay Cutler says your diet is the most important part of bodybuilding. He says there's really no use in lifting weights until your diet is sorted out. When I was your age I played college football and we used to train harder than hell, then eat pizza, snickers bars and drink pitchers of Budweiser. If I knew then what I know now things might have turned out very different...

No ,it wouldn't do a thing. That's like using a small sculpting chisel to carve a railroad tunnel through a mountain. Look at those video's in the link posted above. At 280 lbs. you'll get plenty to eat, your just eating the wrong things. All hunger issues will be gone after 3-4 days. It's what and when and how much you need to sort out. If you do it right you'll probably lose 20 lbs in 2 week just getting your carb intake under control. You'll see a massive difference in the mirror and that will become your new reward and make you want to stay strict on your diet, not the taste of the chocolate cake but the new body. Much more powerful motivator.. Good luck and give it hell!! To the nutrition section!!!!!!
