FIRST CYCLE need comments , maybe excessive precautions?

    hey guys,
my friend is really shook of even making a random account and asking questions himself, so I agreed to post on his behalf.

    First Cycle,
    24 yo,
    84kg (quite lean)
lifting for quite a few years, hard for the last year

wants to try his first cycle

    500mg/week Test prop (EOD injections)
    Arimidex AND HCG on cycle
nolva and clomid PCT 2-3 weeks

he's curious -- will arimidex prevent the gyno caused as a side effect of HCG.

I think he is being overly cautious about estrogen/gyno, what do you guys think?

his diet is on point, as much as it can be when you're a dr workin 8-12 hr shifts in hospital.

    thanks guys, any comments appreciated

    post up his daily diet
    (%carbs/%protein/%fat) and (g carbs/g protein/ g fat)
    how many meals/day?
what are they? and what are the caloric (macro) contents of them?

    what is his BMR? TDEE?

    what are his goals?

First of all what are the goals for the cycle??
Second 500mg of test prop/week is too high for a first cycle
Third what are the doses for his HCG? doses for PCT?
How long is this cycle going for??

    typical marve in a day:

    breakfast
    - 1 cup oats with soy milk
    - 4 eggs
    - 2 pieces fuit usually apples, oranges, pears etc

protein shake between breakfast and lunch

    lunch
    - 2 chicken breasts or similar serving of fish
    - 2-3 cups steamed mixed veggies

shake of mixed spinach/beans/lentils, apples/pears/other fruit, berries, hemp seed, omega oils, wheat germ... something to that effect in between lunch and dinner

    protein shake before/after lifting

    dinner
    - 2 cans or a few packs of tuna, or 2-3 chicken breasts, or a 10-12oz steak etc
    - side of brocolli, brussel sprouts, spinach, kale, or similar green

    no offense taken....

a cycle without a proper diet is useless....

That cycle looks fine, except that the SERMs should be run for 4-6 weeks starting 4 days after his last shot.
And how long is the cycle going to be? I would do 8 weeks.
What sort of MD is he?

8 weeks was the proposed length, sorry I should have included that.

he was a bit rattled i mentioned the fact that hes a doc so i'll have to check with him before divulging any more information.

    thanks for your input bonaparte

24 year old MD? who is this, Doogie Howser??

agreed, not enough cals and serms to last at least 4 wks. and personally, i would use aromasin(stane) instead of arimidex.

Dude I don't know if this is actually for your friend or you but listen when people tell you.

A diet like that will result in almost zero gains and would be a waste of health and money.

Even with anabolics your body can't grow when it's not being fed correctly. Fix the diet, post it, then look for advice on a cycle.

People here aren't stupid, the advice they give is all from expirience.

His explanation adds up. Keep your unfounded opinions to yourself.
