    This cycle is crazy..it involves steroids!

    Hey guys new here..
    I'm 43, 210lbs, 6' 10%BF.
    I want to get that bf in the single digits while still having great strength gains. My proposed cycle is this after reading around.

    Test prop 75mg eod. 1-10
    Tren a 75mg eod 1-8
    aromasin 10mg ed or eod..depends bc I'm not gyno prone but I know I need that test/estro balance
    I know everyone is different but do I absolutely need caber?

    PCT= Clomid 100/100/50/50

    How does this look everybody?

    Welcome to the forum Biggums68. If all you're trying to do is burn off 1%, while building muscle, that is easily achievable without steroids & without having to shut yourself down & risk not recovering. Just a thought.

    Yes your right Bear..I just feel like my metabolism has slowed down significantly once I hit mid to late 30s so that is when I started pinning. Well technically I have 10.8% BF so it would be 1.8%! lol but no I would like to get it possibly down to 7-8% if possible..

    What's your diet like now. If your bf is really 10.8% and your diet isnt dialed in to the "t", a few ninor adjustments along w some added cardio should have you to tge single digits in no time

    Clen would probably help..I could look into it but not trying to lose too much muscle. Guess there is always that give and take. I took my bf last year right after my cycle so idk. Maybe I could go back in and see what it is now but I haven't changed much at all. My diet right now is just a maintenance diet consisting of (whole wheat) rice, beans, chicken, (ww) pasta fish, almonds, protein shakes, broccoli. I only eat 5x a day.

    For accuracy I'd get your bf% checked again so you know for diet what you're working with. As far ae diet, I was referring more to your cal intake and macros. Where are they

    Also, clen would be a good option, but its just a supplement. If your cal aren't right, it won't work.

    Cycle looks ok to me.

    Add nolva to your PCT...40/40/20/20

    Song dog I have ran two cycles before. First consisted of Test-c. Second consisted of Test-e and deca.
    I will get another BF test done to see where I am
    And thanks St.Pete. I could add that into PCT. Looking to see if I should up the tren to 100mg eod if sides are ok

    Just understand that aas labeled as a typical cutting agent does not mean that it will make you leaner. That's why I'm stressing the diet so much. Figure up your cal intake, your cal needs for maintenance and your macros. The rest us pointless w out having your duet down
