    Just want some input

    So I have been doing my research for a few years. Took some anavar for a short cycle saw some gains but not much but what I did get I liked. I'm a soldier, infantryman, just saying LOL! But either way I had gotten deployed twice and the 2nd time I got back almost a year ago I have had a lot of trouble getting back to the same level. So I was thinking about doing a decent cycle to get back or progress past where I have been. This is what I was thinking about doing

    Tren-E 400mlg/w
    Test-E or maybe test-C 400mlg/w
    Anavar 20 increasing to 60mg/day
    T-3 25mcg/day

    Starting the 2nd to last week with Clen and Clomid for a PCT type cycle. Yes I know Clen is weight loss but wanted to take it for a few weeks to lose any water weight gained.

    Ok as far as my current state I'm 23 6'1" 202 with 11% body fat the last time I checked about 2 weeks ago.

    As far as my goal as just to increase Strength, endurance, and good clean lean muscle.

    So besides my age which I know most say is to young but the military ages your body faster then normal. I work out 5 times a week at the gym and do cardio 4 times a week. Like I said before having a big problem getting back into gear sense I have been back and I really need to get back on gear. Would rather do HGH but it's way to expensive.

    and on a side note has anyone heard anything about Finarex Tren-E 200? My friend who sells it has some, and it's the only Tren-E he has. I really don't wanna take the Tren-A because I don't got time for the constant shots.

    So any input you guys can give would be a great help. Still debating on wether or not to run this.

    You are to young you really can mess up your endo system.Plus tren is a no no for beginners and if you had to run.Well you couldnt not on tren.

    Do i think 23 is too young? Yea you should probably wait a couple years. After all, if youre serious about lifting you have the rest of your life to.cycle.

    Do i have the right to tell you no, dont use aas wheb youre doing my country an honor and putting your life on the line for my freedom? I guess i could but if youre willing to die for your country i could atvkeast give you some of my advice.

    1. If youre really going to cycle start w 12-14 wk of test e or cyp at 500mg a wk. Run an aromatose inhibitor such as arimidex to keep estrogen sides down. If youre looking for a good clean bulk, eat abiut 250-500 cal per day above maintenance while getting at least 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Fill the rest in w whole grain carbs and miinimal fats from good sources. Start pct 2 wks after your last pin.

    I will add that it sounds like you have a slight misconception of clen. Clen wont shed water weight or bodyfat for that matter if youre not eating at least at maintalenance. Clen is used to speed up your metabolism to.burn calories to burn fat. If youre eatig more calories than the clen can burn off it cancels out the fat loss effects of clen. Water bloat can be avoided w the use of an ai and a clean diet.

    Thanks a lot Cebby. So drop the tren, T-3, and Anavar and do a straight test cycle? And I would assume you mean 2500-5000 cals/day? But not just looking to bulk but get a cut look. And any thing I can take to increase cardio?

    No prob. And yes just run a test only cycle w an ai. Do somw reading on what you can.take to.combat estrogen sides and choose something that would fit your body better as you have said you cycled before so you should know how your body handles that stuff better than anyone.

    As far as your diet. I mean for you to figure out what your total calorie intake should be to maintain your current weight. If you want to bulk eat your maintenance plus 250-500 calories per day. If you want to cut you would eat about 500cal less per day than your maintenance. or a recomp would be eating at maintenance and focusing on hitting macros. Note that macronutrients are important in a cut bulk or recomp. But it sounds like a recomp would be best suited for your goals. That way youll build lean mass while shedding some.bf.
