I'm running this cycle as obviously a lean mass cycle and would love to cut up more and pack on some lean weigh in the process. I will be running test prop 100 eod for 8 weeks and anavar for 6 weeks at 50mg. My question is I am having a tough time decoding on what my calories should be and if I should run 40/40/20 or 50/30/20. I had success with 50/30/20 before but that was without any gear and I'm thinking about hitting around 3000 to 3300 calories a day and the last thing I would want is to add unwanted body fat. Any sample diets or advice would be greatly appreciated.
