I just use a "sleep aid" if I ever feel anxiety coming on.

Melatonin seems to be the ticket. I had the same problem when I was doing late workouts. Helps "relax" me enough to sleep quickly, stay asleep, and wake up next morning not tired. Better than Benadryl or sleep aides that use the same active ingredient as Benadryl.

Very true I should go to sleep to. A lot of things come back to your diet so take that into consideration and have a look at yours.

    Good luck
