When I took clen I did both (1week on/off..2weeks on/off) for 2months. Lost a decent amount of bf%. I prefer 2 on 2 off.
If you have never taken clen before you need to see how you react to certain doses.
I started with 60mcg for the first 2 days... 3rd day went to 80mcg.. 4th/5th days on 100 mcg..then from there I did 120mcg.
Keeping that dose for the rest of the cycle. No need to taper down.
You shouldn't go over 120mcg.
Some people don't feel comfortable going over 80-100 because of the sides.
Do some more research.
