Hey Guys, looking forward to your feedback.
37 yr old male, never used gear before this. Currently 5 months on GH - Jintropin. Started at 2iu per day, increased to 3, then 4. Joint pain became rather intense at 4 so im back to 3.5.
Stats - 6' 240 lbs at start, BF probably 20-25% at start
Ive noticed lots of size, both in appearance and how my shirts and jackets fit up top. Pants seem to have dropped a waist size but scale has not moved. 245 and 238 lbs have been my peaks. While I understand my bf was rather high to begin with, should I see more loss at this point? I felt the sides and I noticed size and strength gains so I am going to say its real gear. I am having bloodwork done in the next week to check IGF and hormone levels. I feel great, just would like to see less in the middle.
Diet is good but not amazing - so I know you will bring this up, but even at a maintenance calorie intake would I lose with GH?
More lifting than cardio has been the workout. Much quicker recovery for sure while using this stuff.
Should I try to increase to 4 or 5 iu? By the way ive been 5 days on 2 off since start.
