i'm sure its probably been posted before, but i couldnt find it on my searches so forgive me if it has, but i read that if you follow the following rules you can lose alot of weight without dropping overall calories.

1.Only eat protein with fat – building and fuel-protein builds muscle and fat is used as fuel
2.Only eat protein with carbs-building and fuel-protein builds muscle and carb is used as fuel
3.Don’t eat carbs with fats- fuel and fuel =too much fuel at once- excess unused fuel is stored as fat and won’t get burnt during your workouts.

seems really simple and makes heaps of sense, has anyone done this- how successful was it?
