Synta had creatine in it i think and that's what's causing your bloat

I don't "feel" full, but my belly feels distended all the time it seems. I'm cycling now and have gained, but I can still see my top abs. It just seems my belly is full all the time. Wonder if that's it...

I'd suggest that instead of focusing on the brand of protein powder you eat, you should focus on the type of protein powder you use. For me, I only put 100% whey isolate in my shaker cup, and no more gas, no more problems.

the exception to this is my casein at night.

Oatmeal You can try what Times Roman suggested it sounds like a good idea....is there any time during the day where it gets really bad?
TimesRoman i stopped taking casein at night about 3 weeks ago when i was looking for the possible cause of discomfort and bloating do you thing is a good idea to resume taking it again?

there is no "pat" answer. you will have to experiment, and through trial and error, discover this for your self.

another thing that was killing me, when i lived in afghanistan, was bfast cereal in the AM. I always tried to eat the "granola" type, since lazy and didn't want to cook. but once i got rid of those carbs and replaced with rolled oats and eggs for bfast, huge improvement.....

    Because your lactose intolerant.......

Get ISO-whey. MANY places have it. Don’t get blended BS like Syntha6 etc. you want 100% isolate whey protein.

Give that a go and report back.

I use only 100% whey isolate Synthetek protein. It makes a world of difference in gains and no stomach issues or bloating.
