I am 26 years old
234lbs in middle of 16 week LBM/Cutting cycle with 500/week(week 1-8) & 600-700week(Weeks 9-16)
BF% is in high teens 17%-19%
Ive been lifiting for 10years. Max bench 395lbs squating 365 for 5-7x. I was planning for a Fall cycle but have no idea what to do. I was debating on running:
1) Test Sustanon 500-750/week & adding either Deca or EQ. My goal would be to add lean muscle slowly. I have read up on both of these but I am some what torn between them. I have heard so many ppl swear by both but I was just wondering if anyone on here could share so wisdom.
1st cycle: Sust 500/week 10 week bulk. Gained 30+ lbs muscle and FAT..
2nd cycle currently on 8th of 16 week: LBM/Cutting. Gained 6-10lbs but def Trimmed up a little BF. I am heading into the cutting phase of it.
I plan on trimming down all summer to hopefully 12%BF.
Also, if you have any other ideas of compounds to stack please feel free to throw your 2 cents in.
Concerns: -Hair loss to somewhat of an extent.
-Gyno.. it is an issue, Im taking Letro currently.
so again I was thinking of stalking either EQ or Deca?
