Dizziness, Brain fog, Emotional, bunk gear?

I started TRT a month ago and the doc wanted me on 400mg once a month but he gave me the vial of test cyp so I have been dosing at 100mg/week. I orded some UGL test enth to use instead of the test cyp (Doc did not want me doing 100mg/week).
I used the the test cyp for about two weeks and felt pretty good. Once I recieved the Enth (2 weeks ago) I stated using the Enth at 100mg/week and cut out the Cyp.
Yesterday I started to get dizzy and just felt like my brain was in a fog. I woke up this morning still dizzy and extremely depressed (on the verge of suicidal).
Could my gear be crap and this be a side effect of my test dropping?? I got BW on Friday so I should have the results tomorrow.

I don't quite get this ... You're seeing a doctor, he gives you a 'legal' prescription. Although, he suggests going 400mg/month, you divide it up to 100mg/wk (which I totally support). By your own admission you say you felt pretty good after a couple of weeks on the cypionate that the doctor prescribed. Where I'm hitting my head on brick wall is that you are saying that you ordered some UGL eth, then started taking that in place of the cyp that you already have (legally).

Please help me here, I must be reading this wrong or something. It makes no sense that you would risk that if you had a script in hand. No need to fix something that isn't broke ...

A big problem I see is where you say you just switched from cyp to enth surely that will not line up in terms of level test you should have taken the enth for a couple weeks with the cyp and then dropped it, but yea on a side note the script stuff rules why would you get ugl

Ordering from a UGL doesnt sound like a better plan and has a bigger chance to screw yourself up. Now you are posting on a board about problems using the UGL.

Option A - If your doc gave you the test, just self inject 100mg a week. If not, get your 400mg test shot, go in 4 weeks later for BW and your testosterone level will have tanked. Bring in some information that shows the half life of test and ask him to switch over to 100mg a week.

Option B - find another doc.

I'm experiencing what ur talking about right now as we speak..I have test cyp pharma stuff, I was fine the first 8 wekks or so but this past week I've been having what ur talking about..my test levels were at 1100 so no way I'm tanking..its panic or anxiety attacks..

You did the right thing by just dividing your dosage up into 100mg/wk.

The part that has me stymied is that you say you have the vial and that you're dosing at 100mg/wk, but then you go finding some UGL?

Dude, let's just be straight here and we can get down to finding solutions. You are posting here obviously because you're in a jam and needing some help. It's not like we know who you are or where you're at ... Please be honest with the board. It's not like you are the first young guy doing something like this.

Alright the reason I'm not going to disobey this doctor is because he is seeing me for free so i have been trying to nudge him in the right direction but i'm not going to push it. I have health insurance through the VA but they are crap and I have to drive 2 hours to see a doc. This is why I went on my own to try and fix whats going on. Sorry I haven't been so forthcoming with all the info.

Still doesn't make sense.....here's what is confusing........your doc gives you the vial of cyp and says take 400mg once a month, right? Why don't you just do 100mg a week and move on? Same amount per month only done the right way......I'm not saying it's good to decieve your doc I'm just observing the obvious solution.

mate just tell us the exact situation you are in, the guys want to help and wont judge you harshly, let us help you and if you want to you can always re-register under a different name and come back if you need to.

OP, thanks for coming forward on this. I could tell something wasn't adding up.

As far as your main question, could your UGL be bunk? Sure, very possible. That's the risk of dealing in the UG world. That's why if you had a doctor give you a vial, it made no sense to take the UG over a pharma grade legal prescription. Anyways, YES, it could be bad stuff, could be old, could be dangerous ... Who knows, that's why I sleep real good knowing my clinic sends me quality medication.

Now that we've established that part of it, I need to know what were the events that led you to getting on TRT at such a young age? Who's decision was it, the free doctor or yours, combination? What baseline labs do you have that support your need to be on TRT? Primary - secondary?? What other labs and hormones are being looked at here besides the testosterone? E2 is obviously a factor, Thyroid, I would check cortisol too, leave no stone unturned -MRI, urology exams ...

If you're needing TRT because your HPTA or testicles won't function properly, and it's not able to be reversed, then I would suggest finding whatever method is available to get with a doctor that can truly treat your condition. If there's any chance that this is just a recent suppression due to steroid usage, then I suggest you take all the steps you can with a PCT to get your HPTA back on track. At your age it should be kicking tail!!

If you feel that you're a lifer here a Club HRT (and it is for life), then please tell us the explained reason from the doctor as to why you are hypogonadal. The doctor did investigate this, right? He did question it? Had there been any AAS usage prior to this?

I have insurance through the va as well..my first dr was an egotistoc asshole who I got fired for valid reasons..but I found a dr who is great and really cares..i get everything I need and some through the va ..you have to go and find the right dr, the va has good and bad drs just like every other hospital.

hows your e2 levels, maybe its estrogen, not bunk gear. but correct me if im wrong switching the ester doesnt the new ester have to build up first while teh other dies so you tanked cause you had no test and your lh was supressed.??

Yeah need to see blood work, dose could be too small as well, and could have been fine at first because your own test combined with the exogenous test would probably be ok at first, especially if you started with 400mg, which doesn't sound like you did. But after a couple weeks fades fast, I know my test was 200 after a few weeks of injecting 100 mg a week with pharm stuff. Some people just need more than others. I felt like trash, but it was more anger issues at the low test, functioning poorly at work, and being forgetful, so not quite same as what you are feeling.

it sounds like your gear could be bunk. I would go get blood work done as others have suggested.

He can't hold the gear because he is seeing me for free and off the books. And I have no idea how this happened but my BW is attached.

See your going through the little stuff like I am due to our testosterones being high like I suspected lol this is only bad thing I've had to deal with ..but I started feelin the panic stuff after I drink tons of expresso so I'm cutting out my expresso down to about 4 shots everyother day instead of what I was drinking before..but the panic attacks I can deal with without the need of drugs and such, its mostly a mind thing I've realized, after about 5-10 mins of relaxing and just keeping my mind of it , it goes away.. after the summer is over I will be reducing my test levels to within normal range though. But yea I've had plenty of friends who cycle and stuff and they experience what we are dealing with except 10 times stronger due to them being and higher dosages

I know exactly what you mean, the worst part of it is when its happening and you start wondering if its your heart or somethings is wrong with you and stuff and its never going to get better haha but then it just goes away..but yea man nothing to worry about, its normal..good luck with everything

one thing for sure is your ugl source is good, total T is 1515 based on 100 mgs per week, i'd say your ugl gear is over dosed, LOL!

E2 is off the charts, that'll make you feel crappy, I would talk a little to your doc and give him a heads up on a few things you've learned here, if it doesn't work out you aren't out anything because taking a 400mg shot once a month is a recipe for disaster......you need to get on a steady reliable dose and get your e2 down a little....along with your your total T

Ive only been on TRT for a month so the Doc could see where my levels were after a month and now they're super high. I'm only 24 and I really dont want to be on TRT for life, ya know?

Yea I posted this thread because I was having a different set of problems and wasn't sure how long that thread would stay bumped. (Still new to the site)

So do you recommend waiting to see what my endo says? Should I try to do something in the meantime?

In your situation, you need some very close guidance with a good physician. I don't want you to think that this is the brush off, that's definitely not my intention. However, your situation needs to be looked at ASAP. This "free" doctor you're dealing with needs to be kicked to the curb. Not only is he practicing irresponsibly, but he has extremely little knowledge regarding this. Knowing you had done PH's at a young age, a good doctor should have tried everything to see about restarting your HPTA. I wish I could have a few words with him. Have him log on to this site if he wants to get schooled properly ...

I don't know much about this endo, but don't let anyone cut corners with you. Get rid of the UGL now!!! Take your labs to the endo mucho pronto, then report back to us what steps he taking for you. No more new threads, OK?
