Is it ok to ask about finding someone in my area with experience to be in contact with for guidance? I already started my cycle and am new to this. I am a trainer so I really can't let people know what I'm doing and it would be nice to have someone local to speak to.

You just won an award for the most threads started in 20 minutes.

I love that you're asking if it's OK to do this or that, but check out all the sticky threads. they will answer all your concerns.

that said... I dont think anyone will refer you to someone local. If they know them personally, they wouldn't refer a stranger their way (no offense), I wouldn't. You being a trainer... you might actually know some folks yourself, just look around.

Thank you and I understand. As for looking around I just can't run the risk of people I work with finding out. As for the threads I have a lot of ? And I'm trying to educate myself. I am reading constantly and just like advice as well so I can cross my info.

    No problem.

Not that it's any of my business, but if AAS could ruin my career, I would simply stay away.
