If your gonna take .25mg ed of letro how much is that on an insulin pin ?

Also how much is .20mcg of clen on insulin pin ?

Letro is 2.5ml 30 ml bottle
clen is 200mcg 30ml


i just am confused on the conversion factors

if you meant 20mcg of clen its 10 on the oral syringe
.25mg of letro will also be 10

You know those are oral not injectable

That's going to be difficult to draw and to read and could get confusing. I would try and get my hands on an oral syringe, if not, just read how your insulin pin is. If i'm not mistaken they are 1cc/1ml, just do the math with the dosages on your bottles.
