Gentlemen, I'm 43 y/o, 5'11" and 198.5. Started trt this past Friday with 200 cyp every 3.5 days among other things (dhea, hcg, anas). I'm looking to cycle and was thinking of deca to start, however, open to suggestions for cycle and pct. From what I've read and learned this could help with joint issues and sex functions. I've been framing house for 20+ years and have abused my body doing such despite my efforts at the gym. Have basically nil sex drive. Thoughts?
I have all the BW to support trt and know it takes time which I'm completely fine with. A great concern of mine is that I need help with my energy. To be very frank, I crash after work but especially on the weekends. Weekend example: wake up, eat a good breakfast, workout and crash for 4-6 hours, wake up and crash again. Crash meaning sleep. Thoughts on supplements or other?
