    First Time and Very Serious. Any Advice Would Apprieciated.

    I am new to the forum and this is my first thread, so I might be in the wrong area. If I am, I am very sorry. Anyways, I started out at 5'10" and 155 lbs. Not sure what my body fat was, but couldnt have been much. A friend talked me into a 4 week winny cycle a while back and I gave in. I was at 50mgs EOD and roughly 180 grams of protien and a Vita Pak Strength from GNC, as well as Mass XXX protien. I ended up gaining 5lbs and definitley got more cut. I am sure the weight gain was from the diet, as I have been reading this forum for a few months now. Now I am 2 weeks into a Test Prop and I am totally going by old posts from the forum. I really cant find out anything about proper dosing of the stuff for a beginner. I have just read 400-500 mgs a week on everything, but the people saying this are experienced. I ran 100mge first time and blood pressure went through the roof. I have been on blood pressure medicine for 15 years and this was a little scary to say the least. Anyways, I have since cut back to 75 mgs EOD and didnt know if that was even worth my time doing so. I am up to 170 for the first time since I was in high school(12 years ago). Any advice would be greatly apprieciated. I started working out because I wanted to at least be able to say I was in great shape at one time in my life. I have always been just a normal shaped, out of shape guy and I want that to change. Thanks in advance!

    I'm kind of confused on everything because you jump around from past to present all kinds. What are your "current" stats? (age,height,weight,bf%?)

    If you are experiencing blood pressure issues it seems unsafe to continue what you are doing man. How you had any BW done from your winny only cycle? I take it they were oral?

    Are you still on the Prop as of today and if so, what week are you on? What is your projected plan for the cycle and PCT? Do you have an AI on hand?

    This all seems to be a bit messy, sounds like you're just running test with no direction or anything. Answering the above questions will help myself and others assist you.

    Get your diet in order....I will confidently make the statement that.... 95 percent of people that turn to gear...after training naturally....actually already have the body they wanted..hiding under a layer of fat...get ur diet in order...that should help with blood pressure....focus on cardio man.....low intensity dude..... if u have disipline... you will be amazed at how u can look if u do it naturally

    Yep agree with all posted above. Do all you can to lower your blood pressure by changes in food intake as well as cardio etc. Then once you have your body fat and BP down you can go ahead and cycle if you want.

    I am 56 and the only time my BP gets nearly that high is after a month of something really heavy duty like Tren/Deca/Test and thats when I stop a cycle as whatever gains I am acheiving are not worth the health risks of greatly elevated BP.

    I have researched for well over 6 months. I did 50mg winny inj, not oral. My direction is coming from a long time user, but his advice is the same as the advice I am picking up from the forum, 100mgs EOD. He is 350lbs and is the biggest man I know or have ever seen in person. The first time I took it (100mgs), I had my last dose of winny the same day. I was told to stack, so I got another winny to go with this the last 4 weeks of the cycle. The winny had never made my heart race before, so I attributed the condition to the Prop. The next time I took 50mgs, then 75mgs, and was thinking of moving back to the 100mgs now that my body has gotten used to it. Thats where I need the advice. Is the 100mgs the correct dose for a beginner? I listed my stats in the first post pre-cycle(30 years old, 155lbs, 5'10", unsure of BF%). Since the beginning of the winny cycle to now, I am 2 full weeks into the Prop and have been off the winny since the day I started Prop. I am now up to a pretty lean 170, but I am not nearly as hard as I was while on the winny. I was pretty ripped while on it, and since the first 2 weeks on the Prop, I am still pretty hard, just a little more softness around the belt line. It isnt a huge issue because I am planning on doing the winny for the last 4 weeks of the Prop cycle. There is another thing I need advice with. Is it proper when using a stack to pull both solutions up into the same syringe? or should I do 2 different pricks? And the PCT is just a basic Nolvadex. I was told since this is the first Test cycle and since I am not planning on going over 500mgs a week, I would probably be fine with just a DHEA 25 or 40, but the Nolvadex would be good just in case. Like I say, all the advice I can get would be great on this. I would like more advice than actual criticism if at all possible. I know it is easy to throw a snide comment out just to do it to a new member, but I am totally seriouse about doing something good for myself and joined this site last night to get in the community so I dont do something that woud not be beneficial to me or my health. I dont want to look like Arnold, I just want to be healthy looking, lean and strong. I have really enjoyed reading posts on here and I hate the fact that my fist post seems to have gotten shot down by someone who "thinks" I am just another person who has no plan or idea what I am doing. I would never take or do anything that I havent researched extensively. It would be stupid for me to just put something into my body that may be harmful or fatal. I am not an 18 year old who wants to pick up chicks. I am a 30 year old, married and am a business owner going into my 11th year in business. The last little bit is just some background so you guys know I am not just a trailer trash meth head or a jobless wanderer. Thanks again in advance for helping me get the correct amounts, and if there is another PCT you would recommend that might be better than what I have planned, please feel free to share as well.

    Nobody is shooting you down bud. I just don't see a projected cycle plan, PCT plan, or AI plan with dosages and length so that leads me to believe you do not have a plan or idea what you're doing. You say it would be stupid for you to just put something into your body that may be harmful but that literally sounds exactly what you are doing.

    I'm still confused, you ran 4 weeks of winny, now you're on the 2nd week of prop without the winny? and planning on doing last 4 weeks of winny without the prop? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm really just trying to figure this all out. What exactly are your goals for this cycle and how long is this cycle going to be?

    Thank you. I really dont have the body I want. I do have arthritis in my lower back and hands. I am skinny and dont have nearly the strength I had even 5 years ago. I started getting my diet to what was reccommended to me 2 months before. I am very limited to any supplements I can take because I take blood pressure medication daily for the past 15 years. So I have to watch sat. fats, too much caffine, etc. But you hit the nail on the head as far as what my body did once my diet changed. Within the first month, I had a little more energy and felt alot better. On a side note, I was put on Axiro n by my doctor back in de***ber for Low T. I think that may have had an impact as well. I stopped the Axiro n after starting the Prop because I didnt know what that might do. I really dont like telling people I have Low T and was on TRT, I feel it best to get it out there and be honest with you guys in order for me to be doing exactly what I need to be doing.     Yeah, yeah. I did the winny cycle for 4 weeks and I never intended to start a Test cycle. I had been researching it, but didnt plan on doing it. Once I started learning what steps I needed to take before, during, and after, I decided to give it a try. I got 20ml of 100mg Prop and Nolvadex for the PCT. I got some more winny at the same time to finish off the last 4 weeks of my cycle with a Prop/Win stack just to lean back up and get hardened back up. I am not planning on doing anything else for the rest of the year after this, and with this being my first cycle ever of Test, I just wanted to make sure of proper intake and information on stacking with the winny.

    Well tbh, If you are having blood pressure issues at 100mg pins then I would just advise you not to continue the prop because it sounds unsafe and not worth the risk.

    150mg EOD or 75mg ED 1-6 weeks but like I said, If you're having issues I wouldn't do it at all. Especially if you have been on blood pressure medicine for 15 years.

    Every since I lowered the dose all has been great. I am back up to 75ml and hve had 5 or 6 doses and plan to bump too 100 if that is a correct amount. I am afraid if I did 150 EOD, I would not be able to complete a full cycle.
