Week 1 - 10 Test cyp 600mg per week 300mg 2x a week

Diet -
Meal 1 - 150g oats/ bannana chopped in with the oats/2 scoops whey/2 fish oil caps, multi-vitamin always been told abso no fruit when cutting. also leave at pro/carb meal
Meal 2 - 2 tins of tuna/2 pieces wholemeal bread no bread, id use this as just pro/fats meal.
Meal 3 - 200g of chicken/100g brown rice/ other would like to see a yam here, but rice is cool.
Post workout - 2 scoops whey 1 scoop should suffice
Meal 4 - 100g white rice/ 2 tins tuna/2 fish oil caps no white rice
Meal 5 - 200g chicken
Meal 6 - 100g chicken/600ml milk
