Prami all cycle or as needed?

    Hey guys,

My mate is going to start the same tren/test/mast cycle as me, but he hates taking prami to stave off prolactin sides. I dose it daily .5 ml ED before bed, which is where his problem lies... He goes off to lala land every night and dreams talking to ppl who aren't even there.

Does he need to take prami to be proactive all cycle, or can he keep in reserve until his nipples start leaking juice?

    Thanks

I get jacked up dreams as well at .5 ed and also get real sick. I've gone down to .2 eod and haven't noticed any issues. Caber is always another option if you can get ahold of it, not near as harsh on sides.

I found the dreams fun for the first while, then kind of freaky... I was able to counter them to acceptable levels with melatonin, but I don't think this works for everyone

Prolactin can be controlled by your AI, no need for Prami or Caber.

So really one or the other then? I have always ran both arimidex and prami together.

No. The Prami won't control your estrogen levels, but the AI will control both prolactin & estrogen.

Bear I have not heard that before. Can you elaborate? I am also going to start a similar cycle in the future and I have seen nothing that says that.

Anything that raises estrogen or interacts with the ER can raise PRL. So you can get raised PRL from Dbol, Test derived androgens and Anadrol.

AI's will lower levels of PRL because they reduce estrogen, so Letro is not a wrong choice at all. In fact, seeing as its one of the more powerful AI's available, its the best choice. But that doesnt take into account its reductions in IGF, lipid impact, etc... So I suggest Exemestane. It always worries me when a "reseach chem sponsor" doesnt understand these misconceptions."

Its a dopamine agonist originally intended to treat Parkinson disease & restless leg syndrome. It also has the ability to beneficially alter prolactin levels.

This is really interesting stuff... Cheers for posting.

One question though, is this true of all AI's or just the two quoted ?

    Thanks!

ANY product used to control / effect estrogen, will also control / effect prolactin. Keep in mind, we want estrogen eliminators not blockers.

Refer to posts 8 & 12. And if you would like further proof, research the long feedback mechanism as Swifto suggested.

Thanks for the info bear. Some good reading.

I am going to give prami a break next cycle and give it a go like this with an AI only. I don't mind using prami really... But the sides aren't entirely worth it if it can be covered with something I am using anyway.

I'm going to miss taking to all those people at night while sleeping now haha.

And my mate says cheers as well.

I didn't know this myself until a month or so ago when I had a bad episode with Prami (blood pressure dropped dangerously low on only a .125 dose) & started researching alternatives to controlling prl. Swifto knows his shit, I follow him closely. Good luck to you brother.
