Guys i have a question for the experienced

I started about 1 1/2 ago with 1cc eod at 100mg per cc of test prop and last two days I've been feeling like my neck and head has been hurting. I checked my blood pressure and it's a bit high. I'm wondering is this is normal and if there's something that I can do to improve , thank you I appreciate your experiences responses.

So is your neck stiff? do you feel like you have to move your shoulders to turn your head to ease the pain? (just making sure it's not general pain or localized) Probably flu. Stiff neck, headaches, fatigue are all signs of the flu. See a doc of course.

I don't think you have anything anything to worry about. People tend to pay too much attention to the smallest things when starting a cycle. Anxiety has a lot to do with it. Keep a check on your bp and good luck.

Thank you. Yeah I checked my bp and it's high. Last night was 158/88 So I'm thinking that I should take bp medication...what do you guys think? Aspirin maybe?

How much water are you drinking? 1 gal a day ? Hows your sodium intake? What is your training schedule? Worry prior to taking bp will elevate it also.

I usually drink around a gallon a day of water and I'd be lying if I told you I watch my sodium intake. I don't. I train 4 times/week for 1:30hrs. I do cardio 2 times a week. I also play soccer every Wednesday . I'm looking to order an ai cause all I have is nolva...unless that works... Please enlighten me

your original question is a good one however i agree with the other responses. as far as you not having a proper pct lined up is unacceptable. and i would recommend you run an ai on cycle. enlighten yourself by reading and researching this forum. standard protocols for pct are everywhere but particularly in the PCT forum. they can be ordered from the site sponsor AR-R at the top of this page.

Try to get out of the gym in an hour. You have strained something you were not used to using Bp will be a little elevated on cycle Give it a Few days see how you feel. Get an ai. If it gets worse seek medical attention. Otherwise quit worrying and cowboy up.
