Hey, so after taking the advice from this forum, taking another solid 6 weeks of time off, and gradually beginning rotator cuff exercises after a strain, I'm nearly back to 100%, three full months after my initial injury.
I'm just wondering what the best way to get back into training would be, regarding military press, etc?
Ive decided to completely drop BB bench press, I'm getting back into MMA and dont really see it as much of a benefit anymore, and Id rather not risk repeating the injury.
Any tips would be awesome, but thanks so far for the help I received.
