    Cool New User Cycle

    Stats
    H: 6'2"
    W: 215 (at start of cycle)
    bf%: 16%? I am not sure, I need to get tested as I don't trust those electronic weight scales
    Age: 26
    training: 8 years on and off with a 2 year gap due to injury
    cycle history: this is my first
    diet: clean, I like to cook!

    Cycle
    Week 1-4 Drol 50mg ed
    Week 1-12 Test 400 - 200mg mon/thur (400 total)

    PCT
    Week 1/2/3/4
    nolva 40/40/20/20 ed
    clomid 100/50/50/50 ed

    I have read various different posts about first cycles and test between 250-500. I am doing 400 a week, should I up that to 500?
    Is my pct sufficient or am I lacking anything?

    Thanks in advance! I expect to be flamed at least a bit so don't hold back!

    I'm not an expert by any means but I'd stick to just the test e at 250 x 2 per week since its your first cycle. Pct looks pretty standard but I would also consider an AI while on cycle. Something like arimidex at 0.25 mg eod. It's preventative maintenance. I'm sure some of the pros will chime in shortly.

    I should of put this in my op but test 400 is what I have. Don't have access to much else

    The test 400 has a lot of alcohol in it so there will likely be pain and discomfort after pinning. Not what I'd go with but you get what you can.

    I used 400mg/week t-400 last year, watered down with Eq so that it was bearable. I also like quad injections though, so I couldn't do it without. I had a solid 15lb gain after pct. 400 is more than enough for gains, some report gains off of less, although I don't know many who'd recommend it. Because there's test prop in your blend some would say to pin EOD, but I did well with mon/thurs, at 400mg the sides for me were minimal. That's not to say they will be for you, everyone is different. 400mg/week should give you great gains, 500 should give you a bit more.

    Ya I have been pinning mon/thurs at 400mg a week and no side effects yet. Very minimal pain. Although it is my first cycle and I am unsure if the pain I am feeling is a lot or not lol. I am using 22g 1.5 inch and I think I will go up to 500mg a week. Not an issue of money or pain
