    MSM
    5 grams a day, forever....
(takes about a month before you start noticing the benefit)

Self medicating for a quick fix on a joint could bring unintended sides down the road. Go slow with glucosamin, MSM, chondriden (sp?) for a while and see how you feel.

    hyaluronic acid= synovial fluid
    MSM = ibuprofen (lowers inflammation)
glucosamine and chondroitin = cushion and rebuild joints

i have this all in 1 product

    this is incorrect.
I've been taking MSM for 15 years. I've taken glucosamine and chondroitin as well, and abandoned, since expensive compared to MSM, and MSM, for me, is the superior product. I can get 3 lbs of MSM for $35 which lasts years. Chondroitin, on the other hand, $35 only lasts you a month and a half.

I also have been taking HA shots in the knee, starting next week, will be my third annual injection. Typically lasts 10 months for me. and yes, it does build up the fluid and reduces friction when bending.

I'd suggest getting some BW done and seeing where your E2 lands on a sensitive assay. Otherwise your really throwing darts.

Any chance you could have just hurt your knee training?

I used to take glucosamine and found that it was quite a reliable and efficient supplement for my joints, which felt quite relaxed and lathered up before and after workouts.

No. It just feels like cartilage rubbing. It doesn't hurt but I wanted to ask in case it might get worst.

I have had pain and grating in my left knee for 32 years, a golf ball hit it hard. I find just training it is best! Squat! The pain eases up! Good luck. John

Methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur based chemical that has a variety of uses

It is a possible remedy for joint pain due to arthritis, etc.

5 grams a day forever. takes about a month before you begin to get relief.

Quick history, as I understand it....

Commonly found in feed stores. Given to old horses, after a month, old horses seen to resume running and playing as younger horses normally do. At some point, someone put two and two together, and began administering to humans, presumably on self first, and the benefits were noticed in humans too. People too bound up with joint pain were soon able to move and walk around pain free.

I've been taking for 15 years, and swear by it.

Others take it and notice that fingernails grew fuller and stronger.

The web is full of websites promoting the benefits of this product.

    Extremely inexpensive.
