    Whats wrong with my arm?

    Hey guys,

I had some problems in Jan this year initially set of while doing skull crushers. Pain was quite sever for a few days then went away but any movement that used my arms became painful.

Injury: Seems to be half way down the outside of my arm then it is right between the bicep and tricep, it is definitely not either of them but between them.

I went light for a few months and had mnimal issues only agrivating it occassionally and not too severe. I have now set it off again and it wasnt even while traing, I was actually diving (work diving)

Wondering if anyone has an idea of what could be the problem and even better how to fix it. I have seen two pyshios that were both useless and had no idea at all.

Ive been thinking lots of stretching, HGH and maybe some TB500 could do the trick

    Cheers Gonzo

Have no actual experience with this injury. However based on what you say, that its in both arms and caused by doing skull crushers ( bad form can put strain on the neck since its unsupported) its possibly a pinched nerve in the cervical spinal column. I would research it more and see what you can find out.

It would be very difficult to diagnose this without scans, to actually see whats going on. Does the pain feel deep, sharp, dull, shocking/shooting etc. You will need to be more descriptive.
