Serious first cycle advice 2nd try

I'm looking to start a cycle soon and have been doing research for a while but everywhere I go I get varying advice and would like to have some serious input into this so that I can do everything as safe as possible. I've been training for a while in mixed martial arts and kickboxing whilst going to the gym as well however in the last year or two with uni and work commitments its been hard to keep a proper sechedule going, I'm now ready to make another serious start and would like some extra kicks. At first I would like to lose some weight especially around the stomach and chest region, I have a good build but need the definition and weight loss to bring it out. At first I would like to do a cutting cycle and then get advice on bulk. I'm 88kg, 180-181cm tall, bf% is roughly around 14 (haven't had a chance to check it out once again as I'm overseas at the moment - waiting until I come back to get into everything). I would like to start on Clen and t3 and want to know the correct dosages and any pct (which I don't have much understanding in). Please advise of the dosages and how it should be run (I have a diet in mind that I will use that worked perfectly when I was just using Clen previously) all information would be greatly appreciated, help me start this off properly people!

Post your nutrition plan. If this is off, you will struggle. Before hoping on any drug, let's see the diet.

Please don't say "diet is good". Everyone says that. Few people really have their nutrition in order and nutrition is THE foundation for EVERYTHING.

I appreciate your input, but I have seen guys on it around my age with no problems with it. I've heard this a lot of times as well but it's something that I'm set on. Do you have any info on the dosages? Cheers

For the nutrition part I eat around 5-6 times a day in small portions, the food that I intake is often changed around but this advice was given to me from a friend who is a dietician. Once I get it all on my computer I will post it up for everyone to have a look and also use it if you wish.

the problems don't come when they're on the first cycle. its after they got off their first cycle. i know 3 personal friends that I went to hs and worked out with that cycled and 2 of them have never been the same. you need to read the sticky regarding cycling under the age of 24,

and cycling aside, you'll just as good gains as the idiot that cycles but doesn't know his body, routines, n nutrition due to his lack of age and experience. if your persistent, by the time your of the recommended age you while miles ahead of those idiots.

Well Im going to be honest with you here. Ive seen kids on AAS around the age of 16, doesnt mean its right by any means. The thing is this, maybe they are fine at the moment which is easy for them, you, ect to say they are fine. What they dont understand is that by there mid 20's issues come into play sadly.

Basically its like saying drinking and smoking is fine right now, i feel great, super healthy then you get older and you regret what you did.

Your 21 years old. I dout you are trying to go pro. Invest your money in Diet, training and knowledge now and I PROMISE you, that you will crush ANYONE stat wise who started younger.

P.S. You shouldnt have a diet "just in mind", you need to have "a way of life in mind". IMO its a big difference. Good luck and I hope you choose the smarter path.
