    I'm slaving away on a friday night... only one here..chest and tris traps and calves. Everyone is next door drinking and partying. Ink you better be training too old man

    lol, I just got back. However, I did see a guy who is about 300lbs (all fat), MAYBE 18 or 19 years old... with his iPad up on the treadmill with his browser on this forum. Too far to catch a screen name. Probably gave us all fake stats at some point.

    Anyway, love the weekends, always empty at the gym.

    I love going to the gym on Friday and Saturday nights. You don't have to worry about all the things people bitch about in the things that piss you off at the gym thread. So you can get shit done.

    I'm always on my on the ipad on the cardio machines playing tiny village, listening to music and reading stuff on here. I could not live without the ipad for cardio

    I just pumped my calves up so much on seated raises they feel like splitting my skin open

    Hit the gym at 530. No one there. I bartend so there are no late night workouts for me.

    Hit legs thursday night though at like 830. Was nice cuz outside it wasent 40 fcking degrees anymkre

    I usually go fri after work as usual....and its about 2/3 less crowded....I wake up at 4 every morning, so usually get uo sat morning piddlefart around drinking coffee on the laptop go back to sleep 5-6 get up and make some breakfest and wait till 7am and wake the woman up then we go to the gym around 9am and kill it. Only thing I don't like about the weekends is the MMa traing room is locked, no speed bag, or heavy bag :-(

    Well every exercise I do, I start off with real low weights and I just do a few. I don't keep track of the weight on this, but it's more or less just to get my joints moving right. This is what I remember doing.

    Lat pulldown:

    Sitdown cable row:

    Just got back...pumps where friggin amazing..tri and abs...finished with cardio, speed bag, jump rope, abs,5 sets non stop, then 20 min on the treadmill with interval sprints of 10 mph....really zapped my lower lungs...

    have you considered Pilates and some zumba classes for your cardio?

    Cardio kickboxing. But it made me tired watching. Maybe they will have meditation. Your brain is a big muscle you know. I honestly don't know what the big deal is with working out. Maybe the can get me a good workout plan.
