This is my diet I plan to start Monday. I say Monday because I need to do a little shopping and planning before then.
Food List as Follows:
Protein: Chicken, Tuna, Coley (fish), Minced Beef (as lean as possible).
Carbs: Basmati Rice or Brown, Oats, Sweet Potatoes.
Fibrous Veggies: Broccoli, green beans, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach.
Fats: Mixed Peanuts(Natural and unsalted), Olive Oil(used minimally).
Other: Soy Sauce, 1Kcal cooking spray, Various spices etc…

Well I am a little of my target but unsure what to raise. I was thinking of raising carbs pre and post workout a little and maybe add a little fat in somewhere. I think my protein is a good level for my LBM. Food choices will vary as listed above but macros the same. That is it... On a budget as most are!
