    My proposed diet.,

    I am back here and glad to be. Here it is guys!

    Weight: 175lbs BF: ~25%
    Approx Starting Cals: 1800-1900
    Protein: 250g Carbs:100g Fat: 45-50g

    This is my diet I plan to start Monday. I say Monday because I need to do a little shopping and planning before then.
    Food List as Follows:
    Protein: Chicken, Tuna, Coley (fish), Minced Beef (as lean as possible).
    Carbs: Basmati Rice or Brown, Oats, Sweet Potatoes.
    Fibrous Veggies: Broccoli, green beans, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach.
    Fats: Mixed Peanuts(Natural and unsalted), Olive Oil(used minimally).
    Other: Soy Sauce, 1Kcal cooking spray, Various spices etc…


    MEAL 1: Protein (blend) 1 Scoop 24/6/3.5/108
    30g Mixed Nuts 7/6/14/160
    Total: 31/12/17.5/268

    Meal 2: 4Ounces Chicken 24/0/1.5/120
    50g Bell Peppers .5/3/0/14
    25g Onions .25/3/0/10
    50g Mushrooms 1.5/1.5/0/10
    100g Green beans 2/8/0/39
    Total: 26/7.5/1.5/193

    Meal 3: PRE-WO 40g Basmati rice 3/30.5/.3/139
    4Oz Grilled chicken 24/0/1.5/120
    Total: 27/30.5/1.8/259

    Meal 4: PWO 2 Scoops Protein Blend 48/12/7/216
    Oats 35g 4/23.5/1.5/128
    Total: 52/35.5/8.5/344

    Meal 5: 4Ounces Chicken 24/0/1.5/120
    50g Bell Peppers .5/3/0/14
    25g Onions .25/3/0/10
    50g Mushrooms 1.5/1.5/0/10
    100g Green beans 2/8/0/39
    Total: 26/7.5/1.5/193

    Meal 6: Large Can Tuna 33/0/.5/134
    100g Green beans 2/8/0/39
    30g Mixed Nuts 7/6/14/160
    Total: 42/14/14.5/333

    Meal 7: 1 Scoop Protein Blend 24/6/3.5/108


    DAILY TOTALS: 228/115/48.8/1700

    **I will also take 2 fish oils with all meals except pre and post.

    Well I am a little of my target but unsure what to raise. I was thinking of raising carbs pre and post workout a little and maybe add a little fat in somewhere. I think my protein is a good level for my LBM. Food choices will vary as listed above but macros the same. That is it... On a budget as most are!

    Supplements are as follows.
    Protein - Dedicated fusion pro
    Multi Vitamin
    Fish Oils
    Calcium
    Vitamin C
    Optimum Nutrition BCAAs
    Cellmass (may not take it)


    That is my thoughts and plan and now I need yours.

    KJ good luck dude! food choices look good but im a 60/20/20 cutting kind of guy.

    LBM x 15 = 1968cals (rough maintenance)

    id cut at 1700cals if i were u:

    1700cals
    255g pro
    85g carbs
    38g fat

    Food for thought! What you think protein around 235-240 and carbs 100-105? ill kepp fat at 38-40 just to start a little higher and come down from there??

    give it a go man. time is the only factor

    carbs kept at or below 20% total cals will optimize ur ability to mobilize and burn body fat..
