How do you train? How hard do you train? Are you wanting to build powerlifting strength or just strength in general?

I train 4 times a week for an hour and a half a session,looking for strength in general but would be interested in powerlifting aswell but general strength is main target just now,I generally do sets of 6-8 reps,I train hard and eat quite a lot of food and plenty protein plus animal pak vitamins,any help would be very helpfully,about anabolics also,thanx for replying guys
