    165lbs
    5'10
    Been cycling since 16 years old

    Planning on running a super mass cycle .

    Test E - 1000mg 1-8wks
    Tren A- 75mg eod 1-6wks
    Anadrol - 50,100,150,150,100,50

    pct starting week 9, nolva - 40/30/20 .

    wow, youre too young and too light..especially for a guy who's been cycling since 16 - absolute ridiculous to be injecting aas that young.

    I've messed up in the past, also ive never ran a pct after all my cycles so ive lost most gains.

    Yes about 6months ago . Everything was at normal range . The only problem was is that i was lacking vitamin d but thats not a problem at all . but my estro, free test .. etc is in range .

    All those cycles and you're skinny. Time to try something new bud. I know you've never ran a pct and the one you're going to try this time is crap. You need to quit while you're ahead. By that I mean your blood work is good so quit with the roids (before you screw something up) and focus on eating and lifting. Something there is way off.

    i know i believe there is , but im not sure what. i think i need help :-( because im dying to grow. but its very hard even with the gear !!! Dont get me wrong i grow on gear great but i lose most because i dont eat as much also dont train as much . I originally was 176lbs when i first started but i ended to be 163-165lbs ..it was after my cutting cycle )test 350 ,tren a , and eq .

    "cutting cyle?" WTF are you cutting? You need to gain weight. Eat a meal every 2-3 hours and train 4-5 times a week consistently for the next few years naturally. If you successfully do that then maybe you can take some test and you'll grow like a weed of 500mg.

    No im saying ive used cutting cycles when i first started at 175 lbs.. i train consistently im a feen for the gym , i have a workout routine and everything ... its not the way i train but i can say my diet is a little off but i do eat what is recc and required to gain weight .

    You said you think you need help. Well, i think that as well. First, you also said you have cycled before and it looks as if those were all failures. Well my friend, this one will be too. And the next, the next, and the next. Reason, you don't know how to eat or train. And you admitted that as well. I'm not even going to bring in that (as my buddy, hankdiesel pointed out) if your BW is fine to stop. Cause there's a strong possibility your luck is going to run out and that's trouble! As mentioned diet. Hit the Diet section and post your stats and current diet and goals. Then, or while, check out the Workout Section. you can make quality gains on those alone.

    Good Luck....Oh, your compounds, dosage, length are all off. And that PCT might be the worst i've seen.

    Wow... Ive never heard of 150mg abombs... That would be a seriously harmful dose... I believe you are making a very bad, uneducated decision if you choose to do your proposed cycle. I don't believe there is one correctly utilized compound on your list. If you feel you are struggling to gain weight, and don't mind doing a little damage to the body, try the GOMAD diet...it's pretty intense and shouldnt be used for long periods but it gave me a boost I enjoyed... Oh and don't weight your self for 30day intervals. I find it gives me a challenge to chase and I have a lot easier time following my macros when I'm not so fixated on the scale. When I watch the scale to hard I end up over eating tryig to chase a number and not following the strict routine I need to follow to make my diet work. It's clock work, not a race. Most importantly, think ahead... Life will suck if you use gear and end up with permanent damage. Dont use steroids

    You say right here that you don't train as much. Later in another post you say it's not your workouts and that you're a "feen for the gym." Which is it?

    First of all I don't recommend anyone use steroids. That being said I take them and like you I started taking them way before I should have. I got good gains but nothing crazy. Now I have to be on TRT.

    If you have made up your mind then I will say this. That is a really strong cycle. I would save the anadrol for after you are huge years down the road. I might save the tren too. Plus I would never take that much anadrol because it is so toxic to the liver. I would take something like test and deca. You really need to have your diet and PCT on point to see any real lasting gains.

    Great logic. Sounds like the typical kid who is looking for instant gratification and has not clue how to work for anything or keep/respect what he has.

    Admits to not having a solid diet or even eating enough.
    Admits to not going to the gym/training enough.

    What advice are you looking for? What type of rope is best to hang yourself?
    How about stopping all aas use until you learn how to eat/diet and train or if you just dont have the time or desire then forget aas use all together. Why do you want to just throw your money away?
    Makes about as much sense as dropping $20K into a 1980 civic so you can commute 20 miles to work 3x a week.
