    Exclamation Prohormone Injection or pill

im 6'2 225. i been natural for my entire career of lifting. my genetics suck both parents are fat/ inactive.
I been doing some research and im kinda on the fence with using.
My goal is 210-215lbs 10% body fat. right now im around 15% with the caliper and 20% with the electronic POS.
Any suggestions? i was thinking tren with a hardener followed by a pct. looking to do a 12 week cycle. i wont drink during.

If you're looking at losing 10-15lbs, start with a review of your nutrition in the nutrition section of this board. That goal is easily reached with a proper nutrition program. No need to run something as harsh as tren when a solid nutrition plan will set you up for success.

Orals are generally a bad idea unless you're not attached to your liver!

Please remove your request for sources. This board does not discuss sources and it is a violation of board rules.

    Thanks Mate.

Could still be your nutrition. Why not check that first with the nutrition experts here (gbrice, 405, etc.)? What have you got to lose? Honestly, with adjustments to your nutrition I see no reason why you won't hit your goal and if your nutrition needs work, any gains/loses from gear could be lost post cycle if your nutrition isn't designed to sustain any achievements reached with gear.

If the experts say your nutrition is great, then consider gear. It's still an option and a review of your nutrition wouldn't hurt.

    Just a suggestion.

Bad idea. Do NOT mention a cycle to your doctor. Unless you live somewhere its legal to use these substances, you do not want this recorded in your medical history.

Not knowing your medical history etc., its difficult to advise you. If it were me, I'd go in and ask for a physical. I'd indicate that I've been lethargic and haven't had as much energy as before. I'd tell him/her that I have been exercising regularly but have felt more tired then usual. I'd ask if we could do some blood work, CBC, CMP, and check my hormone levels (testosterone, estradiol, cortisol, thyroid) to make sure everything was normal.

The less you say the better. I'm not condoning lying to your PCP but most doctors will certainly discourage you from AASs for many reasons. It is not in your best interest to be discussing anabolic compounds with your doctor unless he/she is prescribing them for medical necessity.
