    What Steroid should i take?

    Hey i was wanting to start steroids in April 2013, and i was wondering whats the best for my size.
    Age turning 21
    weigh 150 will take roids when i hit 160
    bf% ????
    height 5'8
    Gym - 5 times a week Weight lifting and 1 day abs
    Eat- A lot during the day and drink shakes i have gained 5 pounds last month, and do have a diet plan.
    I'm not resorting to steroids i want natural gains, until i max out, then i will use roids, just need some tips and or natural guidelines.

    you say you'll take AAS when you hit 160, how do you know that's your genetic limit? lolz

    You're too young and too light! I'm glad you're making some progress, though. What does your diet and workout split look like? 1 day abs? That's a bit odd.

    What are your goals?

    I wont take it the second i hit 160 thats the minimum weight i will take roids. i gained 5 pounds in the last month off proper diet and April is far away i m hoping to gain 15 pound(ish) or more by then. just wanna know what people thing is good/best roid for your body

    I do abs once a week because i have a six pack and thats not my main goal, i m trying to gain size and bulking up for a couple of months ive been cycling bulking and cutting up for a while i was 130 got to 145 cut down 143 for summer and now im gaining weight. Is this a good thing to do ? :S

    at this stage? foodadrol, cardiobol and dietorone, they are sick man trust me.

    i will not take roids until i have taken my body to the limits just need to know whats good or natural tips for my size

    how should i balance food cardio and weight lifting to see maximum results, and keep more calories in my body?

    clean diet, eating every 2-3 hours, cardio a few times a week (depending on goals), good supplements etc

    how many days a week do you do weight training, not cardio?

    i walk my dog for 30 minutes and run at the gym for 7 minutes before i start to weight lift

    5 days day one shoulders 2 back 3 chest 4 legs 5 biceps n triceps walk my dog every day and everyday 7 minutes ligh jog in the gym

    are you winding me up? alright well it depends on your goals man, if you are just wanting to bulk up and don't mind the extra bit of fat being put on then don't do any cardio and just stick to walking your dog everyday and the light jog before working out, if you are wanting to remain lean and want quality lean muscle then a four day split with two days of cardio or HIIT would help you with that

    bear in mind that with extra cardio sessions and extra workout sessions you need to be eating that little bit more than you normally would without those extra cardio or workout sessions

    why is it bullshit? if young and still growing and with a fairly good diet and training routine, why is it bullshit? that's about 2KG if im right, not bullshit at all surely?

    Can someone just tell him some good steroids for him to take. Why is that so hard? This is a forum for steroids. He's 20 and 21 in April next year. He could join the military if he wanted, it's his choice. I'm sure you should worry about a PCT also.

    Don't see you telling him what he needs to hear yet you just go on at others who are giving him proper advice saying he's to young
