Possible Gyno on HRT level Test. Cyp? Question

Hello all, I have read the Gyno thread and wanted to pose this question: I am on 100mg/ week Test Cyp. for TRT (8mo now) and have noticed that my nipples- just the tips seem a little bigger and more pink like looking. They are sensitive sometimes when a loose shirt rubs them, etc. There is no itching, lump/ bump, pain, etc.
Last time I got my Blood Serum T level checked it was at 600 and the range for my age is 200-800. So, by the books Im thinkin im good, but my boobies are a little sensitive and a little bigger. So, How do I know if I need to add an AI or Nova. etc.? Im going to Dr. to get T level checked next week and was going to ask him to check estrogen too.

At my TRT dose of 200 mg/wk I don't need an ai. E2 is good. That doesn't mean that you do or do not need one. The best and only way to know if you need an ai is by bw. Have an E2 Sensitive test done. It must be the "Sensitive" version test.

Sounds good. So if I ask the Dr. that is administering the TRT for the "E2 Sensitive Test" done he should know what that means
