Sorry to violate the rules. Yes this thread is for real, I'm really pretty new to this world and what I did is called some pharmacies by phone to check whether they have'em or not and no one said they have!
All they say is that it's kinda rare nowadays in Karachi even in the company "organon".

I'm Egyptian and I know I can get them from egypt easily however I don't live there now and I'm not going to egypt any soon and that's why I asked.

Mate,
You can just walk into a pharm and get what you want. Best bet is to get a "guide", a trusted local, and have him transact while you wait outside in a taxi. Print out what it is you want by using pictures. Doing it this way will save you money. You can go in the pharm yourself, but you will pay a higher price.
