Hello all I've finally decided to pose some pics after finishing up a deca/sust cycle at 400/500 respectively a few weeks ago. My goal was to put back on some muscle I lost cutting from 330 lbs down to 220 lbs. After this cycle I am back up to 250 lbs. and now I am looking to cut the fat and see what kind of muscle I have in store.
My current stats
6'1"
250 lbs.
Chest - 47 in.
Arms - 18 in.
Forearms - 14.5 in. (what should your forearm be in proportion to upper arm?)
Quads - 27.5 in.
Waist - 36 in. (didn't move at all during bulk, is that odd or no?)
I want to put together the following cycle for cutting. And hopefully maintain more of my muscle and strength this time. What do you guys think? Maybe for once in my life i'll see a muscle, lol.
1-10 test prop 100mg EOD
1-10 EQ 400mg per week
4-10 Winny 50mg ED
