    what roid to take

    Hello: I am 33 years old and 5,11 230 pound with almos 42% of body fat.
    I want to get ripped but at the same time show some muscles on my body. I do not want just to lose weight and become skiny. What cicle should I take and what diet should I go through?

    5'11" 230 and 42%...seems very high! Can you post pics?

    If you even attempt steroids at that BF% you greatly increase your risks such as high BP and high cholesterol as well as ED due to steroids aromotizing in the fat cells.

    Please spend some time in the nutrition section and trust me that those guys can help myou get lean!

    Steroids are not a diet and any muscle you would gain would not be evident under that insulation!

    ^^ agree 100%.

    Your bf is too high to start a cycle. Not only will you be adversely affected by sides, your blood pressure is surely to climb to unhealthy levels. Definitely wait until your diet is in check and your bf has been reduce to around 15%.

    At that BF% None is recommended. You want your diet and cardio to get you down to at least 15% before running ANY cycle. Health reasons, side effects, ext.

    ^^^ What Lunk said. Your health risks increase exponentially with a bf above 20%.

    Build a proper nutrition and training plan and lower your bf to 20% FIRST.

    Diet and exercise are key to a healthier weight and will help you build muscle while reducing fat.

    At 42% bf I could not recommend weight loss supplements as the side effects would also be a concern.

    You'd be surprised how just a decent diet and moderate exercise drops 42% to low twenties...providing u don't have some sort of thyroid disease

    Thanks all you guys. I will try to get some advise on diets. I am trying to eat 300 grams of protein a day with low carbs and fats and I am doin cardio and lifting. Let me wait to be down 20% bf

    Am fasted cardio, don't cut carbs or fats out completely, learn WHEN to eat them. That should get u on the right track, good luck fella!

    Well George..I'd put you closer to 30% and maybe a little shorter than you posted
