Hi all,
I am new to learning power clean, and the rest of explosive movements. But I injured myself when lifting the bar on the shoulders. Now I recovered and want to start again.
Also I am starting work out with 1 - 2 repetitions of 90% of maximum weight.
Any advise for a newbie, I am 45 y.o., do yoga, have been going to the gym all my life, on and off,, with the split routine...
Any opinions, comments?
