I have injured myself 10 years ago while squatting and deadlifting with terrible forms, i have seen all the cheap physio worst chiros and all that no nothing about ligament laxity, they put me true strenghtening exercise that where worthless, they made the pain worst due to the ligaments being so stretch.
The idiot chiro kept me at is place for a year and a half ajusted 3 times per week. When i got to my third prolotherapist he was discouraged and told me i am not sure i can do something to fix that you are so laxed i never seen this before.
We started with dextose and xylocaine things where going well for about 10 treatments but when i got back from Mexico the treatment just did not hold, we then decided to stop the dextrose and switch to sodium morrhuate purified cod liver oil, that did the trick the lower back is solid not moving anymore, the hip that the dirty chiro laxed is now repair and no more snapping there is still the upper back but that is coming up very well.
We also added some GH not all treatments cause its expensive, and some testosterone suspension. I have ajusted my diet eating a lot more protein, grass fed beef, whole eggs, bison meat, whey isolate the only one i can tolerate, BCAA arginine and so much more.
I started light training about 3 months ago and now progression into the 8 X 8 vince gironda routine you don't need to use heavy weights just keep my pose time between 10 - 30 seconds.
Today i hit cardio for the first time in ages, i was able to do 30 minutes strair master without pain, this is just insane.
If everything goes well maybe next year i will be able to hit the P90X and get a real body transformation. I am also on a cycle of equipoise and test E to help my body heal faster.
Life is worth living again but i lost 10 years and am now 40 still training at 40 is not that bad and i don't see a huge difference from when i was 25.
