I would hardly call being jacked cheap. Think of how much money he spent on food and the time spent in the gym. Cheap would be buying a realistic costume that makes you look jacked.

Maybe for competing. Girls seem to like when your arms are bigger by proportion as long as you don't have chicken legs.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. When he stands next to Vin Diesel these days he dwarfs him. He'd probably make most of us look like little children.

He looks beast in that pic, funny enough his legs were the first thing that caught my attention.

He probably looks in better shape now, than he did in his WWE days.

Was just about to say the same thing. He is in better shape than ever. He dwarfed Vin Diesel in the FF film some tank of a man. And I'd be proud to be half his size.

Anybody care to take a shot at describing his cycle?

The guy looks like a monster and the fact that he's 40 years old leaves me blown away. Very impressive.

The WWE is really hard on the body and those guys eat like crap when they're on the road (all the time).

I think he looks great and anyone who doesn't as the saying goes, He who lives in a glass house shouldn't throw stones.

This thread made me do a bit of research on The Rock and during his WWE days, in as amazing shape as he was, apparently he was around 14% bf.

Now he clearly looks 10% or less. I also found that he said he had to drop BF% for certain movie roles, plus the fact he wasn't on the road with the WWE company probably means he wasn't putting his body through events every night means he could maintain a better diet.

Know how big Hugh Jackman got for the Wolverine films? Rock told him to try and eat 6000 cals a day with high percentage of chicken, and he'll put X amount of pounds per week. Whether that's true, I dont know!
