I always mix it in a oz or 2 of chrystal light...turns it all cloudy. I have shot it and chased it...stated once on here it tastes like cows aas!

Mix it in anything and take it like a shot a booze. Dont toss it in a big drink though or you will never get it down. Just shot glass or so full of something to help slug it down. You do get used to it though after a bit!

Get some empty gel caps,,fill and swallow.

I just shoot it in with an oral syringe. Tastes like sh!t but I kinda like it now in a love/hate kinda way. I split the dose though so it's only a small amount at a time. I generally split the dose in 1/4's. Mine is 25mg/ml so I do .5ml every 4 or 5 hours 4x a day. 12.5mg/12.5mg/12.5mg/12.5mg
