    SUST/ANAVAR CYCLE Advise PLEASE

    170
    lifting 5 years on and off

    well ive been off for 6 months from lifting, and i've started back up again but ive gained a bunch of fat form my first year of university and i wanna LEAN out nicely so im gonna do a really light CLEAN cycle(clean diet/no drinking ect)

    CYCLE: 6 WEEKS
    1-6 SUST 300mg (600mg a week inject twice)
    1-6 ANAVAR (start with 40-60-60-60-60-60)
    1-6 amadrix .25 to .50

    PCT
    CLOMID 60/50/40/40
    NOLVA 40/40/20/20

    Or instead of NOLVA should i take Amidrix? and how much should i take of that alongside clomid?

    Is this your first cycle? your still a little young i would say but m sure your set on going for it.. if you have been out of the gym for 6 months my advice would be to hold out on the roids for a little minute.. stick with your strict diet, cut down the drinking and get back in the gym! when you have been at it for a few months and some.. then maybe a light cycle would be nice for you.. just my 2 cents.. you will see great results there rather than just jumping right to the injections

    Weight gain and loss is more about nutrition than supplements. Steroids won't promote long term sustainable changes if your nutrition is poor. The first steps are a commitment to nutrition and training before any gear.

    A 6 week sust cycle is short and won't do much for you and if you're 19, you could achieve your goals with nutrition and training.

    well iv'e gotten back into the gym its been 3 months, and my nuritions on key i did alternating keto 2 weeks then carbs up 2 weeks for about 3 months while in the kept my macros 180-200 protein 150-250 carbs 60-80 fats (keto carbs were about 40 and fats at 100 and pritien at 220)

    I've cut down ALOT, and now i wanna add on that size
    I just want advice on MY PCTS, and how my cycle plan looks becuase im planning on doing it 100% i might bump it up to an 8 week cycle if i have to!

    only reason why i was on and off this past year was becuase i had a pharmacy school application going on and i commited 100% to that, but now that its done i can commit 100% to the gym again just to let you guys know!

    Well you are way to young to be cycling and I believe you know the risks you are taking.Your pct is ok but the cycle for that compound is to short.You should run it 12 to 4 weeks beacuse of the long ester in it.IMOP
