As title says. Im really, really acne prone. As in ive had multiple acne treatments over a 8 year period. Im planning on pinning 375mg test a week. I have Arimidex on hand, is it really that beneficial?

Of course it is. You should never go without an AI. You need to figure something else out for your acne.
I wouldn't run a cycle without an AI unless it was maybe using subQ injections of gear. Acne is the least of your concerns if estrogen levels become dangerously high.Originally Posted by Toosje
Rate of absorption is slower. Doses typically lower and corresponding aromatization is less. I wouldn't eliminate an AI but lower, less frequent dosing would suffice and reduce lipid related problems from AIsOriginally Posted by Lunk1
Using an aI has a HUGE effect on my acne. I get a huge spike in acne if I don't use it.
Ive used superdrol before and got acne. Think an AI could have prevented it?
Thats why I was confused when Ink said "unless" he was doing SubQ? I have not attempted this method yet but still would insist in an AI.
I'm with you JV, my 2 biggest sides are acne and high BP. Ai helps tramaticly with both!
Using an AI for the sole purpose of preventing acne is not a good idea. It needs to be used to control E2 levels. If it helps, great, if not you need to seek something meant for acne. Like accutane. Every cycle that is done right (with testosterone included) should already have an AI in place.
Ive used accutane multiple times already, so I know what its like. Actually my doctor never had somebody with this many accutane cycles (acne isnt steroid induced btw). I was talking about using the AI on-cycle when using superdrol
Please answer so I know what to do in the future. The general concensus is that superdrol doesnt aromatize. But do you guys think I would benefit from an AI on a superdrol cycle?
edit: and yea ill definatly use arimidex on my test cycle
I've never cycled without an AI but I haven't ventured into subQ delivery of gear yet. It's appealing because lower doses of AIs may be necessary and AIs do contribute to hypertension, peripheral edema, and hypercholesterolemia.Originally Posted by Lunk1
My two big sides are acne and crying. Seriously. Gotta have that AI.
