An hour after I shot left felt I worked out and blood was coming out of shot spot I aspirated an no blood came in the needles is this ok???

The blood probably came out shortly after injection. Totally normal. Every once in a while you will get a major bleeder...don't let it mess with your head. Sometimes a little gear will come out as well. Don't sweat it.

It has happened to me randomly... No biggie, one day it would bleed, the next day nothing...
