I am 22 140lbs 5 8 skrawny been lifting natrual for 2 weeks feel a little tight like normal.

Got my hands on Dianabol 50 days worth. this will be my first time.

what should i do? I read that i need to take test too? is there a recommended cycle somewhere?

1) Dbol will shut down your natty test production. At your age you run a risk of not having a fully developed edocrine system because of early AAS usage.

2)You have been lifting for 2 whole weeks...and are skrawny

3) You need to learn to eat and lift and build muscle before hurting yourself!

Firstly, in most people's opinion on this forum there are three major things wrong here.
1. You're too young for aas
2. You don't have a good base to start aas
3. Oral cycles alone are a no no

I'm not going to explain why on any of the three accounts as I've come to see its probably a waste of time. IF u want to know why and are willing to follow advice from virtually anyone in this forum, myself or anyone for that matter will explain why, but it's a trend for when ppl on here say u should drop the aas the OP says fvck it and does it anyway...

If you have been lifting for two years and only weight 140, your diet is off or your training, or both.

What Dbol will cause you do do is retain water and bloat up but very little "real muscle" will be gained. Then when you stop taking it POOF!

What should you do...post your daily diet...lets see what your trying to grow on!

I'm saying I think u can get ur diet down pay to gain weight, especially at 140. I was 6' 160 and plate with my diet for YEARS but I eventually got up to 200 naturally. I tried aas when I was about ur age and I gained like 20 pounds but lost it cause my diet wasn't right.

I think u should work on ur diet before taking dbol or anything for that matter to maximize gains and minimize losses.

Post ur diet and I bet we can find ur problem there

Just don't use them. Oral cycles are bad. Not having Test is bad. Not having worked out long enough to build tendon strength to handle muscle increases is bad. Not knowing how to eat for size is bad. Not knowing how to lift for size is bad. Using steroids before your Endo system is developed is bad. Not having PCT in place is bad. Putting drugs in your system that you don't understand is bad.

Think I am overusing the word "bad?" I'm not, those things (and more) are all reasons to not go through with this horrible idea.

Nobody here is giving you a hard time for any reason other than they don't want you to have a bad experience or risk your health.

Just go on a dirty bulk and use a good workout program such as Layne Norton's PHAT if you can't gain weight dude. There is absolutely no reason for you to use steroids just yet. Milk, pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken, french fries, icecream, Oreos, pasta...

If the 6' 200lb guy knew what he was talking about, he would have given you a vial of test e and some arimidex, Nolva and clomid too. Did he even mention the compounds? Do u know what hpta is? Well I'll tell u. It's the negative feedback loop between ur hypothalamus, pituitary and testicles. When u introduce exogenous androgens into ur body it tells ur hypothalamus(brain) that ur have to much, so it stops sending signals to ur pituitary via GnRH, GnRH tells ur pituitary to send lh, fsh and other hormones. But for this primary example we will explain lh(leutinizing hormone), which controls endogenous tetosterone being produced. Without endogenous test, ur will suffer in sexual function. Fsh (follicle stimulating hormone) stimulates growth in ur nuts and keeps ya from shooting blanks). So what happens when u take dbol? Now this happens when any androgen is introduced, and is why a test base is always recommended, so ur junk works, because u will stop producing natural test.

I thought it was great too while I was on it. Now I have lower then normal test levels for a 28 year old because I used aas when my hpta wasn't ready for it. Ur friend hasn't stopped developing yet either, he knows just as much as u do brother...

If you want to do it the RIGHT way, since you're so ****ing fixated on ****ing yourself up, here's what you need...Testosterone Enanthate or Test Cypionate...Arimidex or Aromasin... and Nolvadex and Clomid. Store the Dbol away for another time. You better pray to God every night he lets you recover or else you're in a world of shit

Obviously you have not researched it much and if your friend is giving you this advice he is not much of a friend. Do you have any idea what your HPTA is? Do you know what happens when you mess with your edocrine system at your age...google that shyt man. Do you ant to risk having to take Test shots your whole life just to achieve an erection, and for what 20 pounds of bloat that you will lose in a month? I am not talking out my aas! I'm seriously trying to help, but you are not willing to listen to advise from those with years of experience, both good and bad. There is a small chance I might no more about AAS usage than your 20 year old buddy...maybe!

well im glad i came on here at least. he said take one once a day and work out and eat right. clearly theres alot more to it. But i would still like to put togther a dbol cycle if possible for 6 weeks. i know i need to take test until 12 and liver helper

I'm not even sure if you are being serious at this point. You are going by what your "friend" said, who just wants to sell you drugs to make some money. And in this thread, you are given answers by people who care for your own personal health.

You are stupid if you are considering taking it. Plain and simple. What exactly is your goal? You can't even break 140 pounds. Have fun taking an arbitrary pill.

Dbol aromatizes like cockroaches breed.

If ur so damn insistent on doing it. Read up on the effects of aromitization and the side effects of it. And don't b a dumb sh!t and take dbol by itself...

1-4 dbol 30mg/day split up every 8 hours
1-12 arimidex .25mg every other day
14-18 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
14-18 clomid 100/100/50/50
